Founders Story

 I am Dr. Crystal Hines-Mays,

an American Board of Family Medicine-certified Physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. I completed my residency training at Advocate Christ Family Medicine in 2002 Additionally, I am a certified and practicing Life Coach I utilize my life experiences, coaching training, and spirituality, to encourage my patients and clients to achieve the best version of themselves.

I share with my audience that through my own series of personal crises, I have struggled with self-sabotaging behaviors and limiting beliefs that prevented me from living my best life. I empathize with many of my clients’ feelings of loneliness and feeling professionally rudderless. However, I was activated and I awakened to myself through an act of faith and surrendering. I realized that I could not fully or authentically realize my true self or a meaningful future unless I healed from my past. I partnered with a group of elite professionals who helped to motivate and support me to heal from my

past traumas and to ultimately develop a clear sense of myself. I learned techniques on mindfulness and self-love which helped me to build my muscles to stay deliberate and intentional about remaining true to my personal vision. My journey of self healing coupled with my medical expertise galvanized me to develop purposeful health and wellness regimes to improve my energy and reduce weight.

I.N.S.P.I.R.E- Igniting New and Successful Partnerships to Increase, Rejuvenate, and Empower Women is the product of this shift. I created I.N.S.P.I.R.E, LLC. to support women in crisis to help her develop tools through her own journey to wholeness. I.N.S.P.I.R.E. provides intentional and deliberate strategic techniques to help women through crisis and realize her full authentic self. I developed the I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Personal Journey and I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Professional Journey to help women in crisis.
