After my first visit with Dr. Mays 7 weeks ago, she recommended that I change my eating habits to more healthy foods and specific vitamins for my body. I am now cooking my food using an air fryer and eating more fruits and vegetables. As a result of doing that I have lost 4 pounds and I feel absolutely amazing as my body deserved that much needed change.
